How we process your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Serkan Yılmaz (“Ata İlke”) as the data controller, as described below.

2. Data we process

What you send us through the contact form:

  • Identity: full name
  • Contact: email address; phone number if you request a call (optional)
  • Professional: company name (optional)
  • Request: subject, product of interest, the content of your message, and your preferred call days, times and method (optional)
  • Security: IP address and submission time (to prevent abuse)

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored only in your browser.

3. Purposes

  • Responding to your requests and questions
  • Sending product and pricing information when you ask for it
  • Handling quotes and contracts
  • Preventing abuse of the form and spam
  • Meeting our legal obligations

We process your data under Article 5(2) of the KVKK, on the grounds that processing is:

  • (c) directly related to establishing or performing a contract,
  • (ç) necessary to meet our legal obligations,
  • (f) necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. How we collect it

Electronically, through the contact form on this site and the emails you send us.

6. Transfers

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be transferred to the infrastructure providers we use, only as far as needed for the purposes above:

  • Hosting and security: Cloudflare, Inc.
  • Email sending and email service: [email sending provider], Titan / GoDaddy

These providers may store data outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may also be disclosed to authorized public bodies where required by law.

7. Retention

Data about your request is kept for [2 years] after the request is closed; if a contract is made, the periods set by the relevant legislation apply. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it,
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad,
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7,
  • request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
  • object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis,
  • claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
